How long will it take my order to ship?
We do our best to ship orders within 24 hours. We don’t ship orders on the weekends, so if you order on Friday it may not ship until Monday. We provide automated tracking numbers once an order is processed and packed up for shipping on our end. If you don't see a tracking number email from us within 24 hours, please make sure to check your junk folder.
Can you rush an order and ship it faster?
Yep. Just send us an email, and we’ll give you pricing for faster shipping times.
How long does shipping take?
We use FedEx for United States shipping, and the delivery times are 2-5 business days. Orders typically ship from our warehouse in New Jersey, so the further from us, the longer your shipping will take.
International Distribution and Shipping
We don’t have international distribution at this time, so all international purchases must be made through our website. We ship to all countries.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to pretty much every country in the world. If you are unsure about whether or not we ship to your country, just shoot us an email. Shipping times vary by country but generally take anywhere from 10-21 business days.
Do I need to pay for customs fees/import taxes?
Most countries charge a customs fee. Please check with your government’s customs agency to determine if additional charges will be applied to your order. Each country has different laws and fees, and we aren’t able to track them all. The shipping fee that you pay does not include customs taxes and fees.
What are customs fees/import taxes?
Customs Fees are taxes or tariffs that are charged when shipping goods or merchandise across international borders. They are there to protect your country’s economy, jobs, and stuff like that because they control the flow of goods in and out of your country. They are charged by your country, and we have no ability to go around them. All shipments are subject to customs fees if you live in a country that enforces them.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shopping cart page has a shipping calculator for both domestic and international rates. Once you’ve picked out the items that you’d like from our website, simply head over to the checkout page and enter your shipping information to get a quick quote.
How will I know that my order has been processed and shipped?
After placing your order, you will receive an automated email receipt letting you know that we received your information. We’ll then process your order and send an email letting you know that your order is ready for shipping. Finally, you will receive an email from UPS or USPS with the tracking number for your shipment.
Can I pick mine up locally?
Yep. Our shop is located in Freehold, NJ. If you happen to live nearby and want to pick it up instead of paying for shipping, we’d love to meet you and help you get accustomed to your new V4!
Can I come by and check it out before I decide to buy?
Yep, but we don’t have anyone who works full-time. You’ll probably have to come by on a weekend or on weeknights after work.
All orders are shipped from our New Jersey warehouse. Orders that are received Monday through Friday before 2PM Pacific Standard Time will typically be shipped same day. Refer to the table and shipping map to get an estimate of how long it will take to receive your order.
These shipping time estimates are meant to give you an idea of how long you’ll need to wait for your awesome pogo stick to arrive, but they are by no means guaranteed. There are times (albeit rare) that we’re unable to ship an order out for a couple of days – and once an order leaves our warehouse we have no way to control how long it takes for UPS or USPS to get the package delivered on time.
